Beeline is a soon-to-open craft cocktail bar in the heart of Healdsburg , designed for guests who appreciate precision, innovation, and a damn good drink. From classic technique to cutting-edge molecular mixology, Beeline celebrates the full spectrum of modern bartending — with a strong focus on seasonality, local ingredients, and bold, creative expression.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bar Manager to join our opening team and lead the development of a world-class cocktail program from the ground up.

As Bar Manager , you will oversee all aspects of bar operations, from creative development to staff training, inventory management, and service execution. You’ll be responsible for building a bar team that reflects excellence in both skill and hospitality — and for setting the tone behind the bar every night.

• Deep bartending experience in high-volume, high-craft environments

• Strong foundation in classic cocktails , spirits, technique, and bar leadership

• Experience with or interest in molecular mixology, clarified cocktails, infusions, foam, smoke, carbonation , etc.

• Ability to lead, inspire, and train a team with confidence and humility

• Solid knowledge of bar costing, inventory systems, scheduling, and vendor management

• A calm, professional presence and passion for guest experience
