ABOUT THE ROLE:
FreshTax is growing, and we’re looking for driven individuals to join our team as Client Intake Specialists . You’ll be the first point of contact for clients actively seeking help with their IRS tax debt. No cold calling - these are inbound leads who have reached out to us for assistance. Your role is to gather key information, qualify their situation, and set them up for success with our Resolution Team. Work Environment:
This position is 100% on-site at our FreshTax headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. Remote work is not available. We pride ourselves on creating a collaborative, high-energy, in-person environment.

COMPENSATION:

• Base Pay: $17.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours per week)
• Commission: Top performers average $8,000 - $15,000 per month
• Annual Earnings Potential: $75,000 - $200,000+

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Speak with inbound clients who have requested tax relief assistance.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand their tax situation and financial challenges.
• Qualify clients for appropriate resolution programs and schedule consultations.
• Follow proven scripts while adding genuine connection and energy.
• Document all client interactions and information accurately in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed personal and team performance goals.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Motivated, goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and trust over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• No prior sales experience needed - we’ll provide full training.
