Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Help plan and execute live promotional campaigns in high-traffic locations

  • Engage with customers to promote client brands and deliver a positive experience

  • Provide product knowledge, brand education, and special promotions to consumers

  • Assist in event setup, coordination, and takedown

  • Work closely with managers and peers to refine messaging and campaign tactics

  • Learn foundational skills in sales, customer relations, brand representation , and public engagement

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Outgoing, confident, and team-oriented personality

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, face-to-face environments

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus, but not required
