We're looking for talented architects to join our team in multiple office locations.

Responsibilities

• Report to: Project Manager / Principal in Charge
• May assist the Project Manager or lead the following tasks
• Meet with clients to gather requirements for projects
• Assist with putting the design schedule together
• Complete project specific Code Analysis
• Coordinate and manage consultant’s workflow
• Set up project files and drawing sets utilizing firm standards
• Work individually and with the team in developing planning and creative-design concepts of a project
• Assist with leading and preparing of the documents for SD, DD, and CD
• Lead the CA phase for the firm
• Work with the specification writer to prepare a complete and accurate project manual
• Produces 3D renderings to present the design to clients

Required Skills

• Degree in Architecture from Accredited University
• Architectural licensure required
• Proficient in REVIT, 3D software, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate with others
• Excellent organizational and research skills
• Proficient in and understanding of building materials and techniques
