We’re also continuously developing new attractions and ventures that bring excitement and
innovation to the outdoor entertainment space. As we grow, we're looking for a talented
Marketing Project Manager to help keep our marketing initiatives moving forward — on
time, on budget, and aligned across all brands.
Position Summary
The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and
managing marketing projects across all Point Summit companies. This includes overseeing
timelines, budgets, deliverables, and communication across internal departments and
external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a
fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects for all Point Summit brands,
including new business launches.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Serve as the liaison between marketing, design, operations, sales, and executive
teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors (creative agencies, media buyers,
etc.) to keep projects on track.
- Monitor progress and proactively identify and address potential risks or delays.
- Track project performance, analyze results, and prepare post-project reports.
- Manage campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables across digital, print, and social
channels.
- Support leadership in prioritizing marketing initiatives and reallocating resources
as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, advertising, or
events.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing
deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Trello, CRM platforms,
Basecamp, Teamwork, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics including paid media, email, content, and
social media.
- Experience working in an entertainment, events, or attraction-based business is a
plus.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)
- PMP or other project management certification.
- Experience working with creative teams and agencies.
- Understanding of brand management and multi-location marketing.
- Ability to thrive in seasonal, high-volume marketing environments.
