Job Description

**CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Digital Product Designer - UX opening for our client in Rochester, MN.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Serve as the sole designer on a dynamic project team for a native mobile Cardiovascular Research App. + Translate research insights into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs. + Collaborate closely with a Technical Product Owner to define and deliver innovative and user-centered features. + Contribute to strategic discussions regarding usability and user experience based on user research and data. + Create and maintain design documentation including prototypes, design specifications, and assets. + Conduct light user testing and validation to refine design decisions. + Deliver experiences that meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA) and are informed by healthcare design best practices. + Apply Mayo's Digital Design Language system and contribute to its continued evolution. + Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning with cross-functional teams. + Facilitate design workshops and communicate design rationale to stakeholders. + Respond to ad hoc questions from stakeholders and provide support for historical design decisions. **Skills:** + Strong experience with native mobile app design (iOS and/or Android). + Proficiency with Figma, Mural, InVision, and similar design and collaboration tools. + Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles. + Expertise with design systems and established UI patterns. + Excellent ability to visualize complex problems and present solutions effectively. + Ability to design for accessibility and advocate for inclusive digital experiences. + Exceptional organizational and time management skills; self-motivated. + Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Ability to work independently as the lead designer on a product. + Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defining user stories for development. **Experience:** + 7+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact. + Experience working on complex mobile app projects as a solo or lead designer. + Preferred: Prior experience working in healthcare or with clinical/physician stakeholders. + Preferred: Experience working in high-velocity environments requiring rapid iteration and learning. **Education:** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
