The Senior Instructor - Math at our Millburn, NJ location is an instructor who teaches a full course load during both the Academic Year and Summer sessions. This role is full-time, year-round position which includes the academic year and summer.
The Senior Instructor will provide support more broadly for the campus by helping other instructors / directors with their grading as needed, designing and running content-specific in-reach / outreach workshops, and modeling expert teaching practices for other instructors through class observations and professional development sessions. During Academy breaks, the Senior Instructor will assist with grading (post-Academic Year), family meetings, on-site assessments, and open houses, as well as create Professional Development trainings, create and manage in-reach / outreach events, and other duties as assigned.
This position includes a competitive starting salary of $66,900.This role is eligible for a bonus based on campus performance.

Work Schedule:
AoPS Academy is an after-school program; most of our classes and operational responsibilities occur during the evenings and on weekends. As such, it's expected that staff work a nontraditional schedule during the school year. Summer hours typically shift to a more standard Monday to Friday work schedule.
